My name is Garret Welpman, and I am so excited to be back at TCS now as a teacher! I graduated from Temple in 2017. I then attended Dallas Baptist University, where I received my Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies. Next, I attended Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary.  

I began teaching at TCS in 2025, and I have the privilege of teaching 12th Grade Government & Economics as well as 11th Grade U.S. History. I also have the joy of coaching Middle School Football and Middle School/High School Track. 

My wife, Tori, and I have been married since July 2021. The Lord blessed us with our first son, Samuel, in December 2023. We love Temple and are so excited to be part of the family.
