My name is Elijah Banda, and I am a teacher, coach, and ministry-minded leader who is passionate about helping students grow in the classroom, athletics, and in life. I currently teach 6th Grade Math, 9th Grade World Geography, and 10th Grade World History. My goal is to create a structured, clear, and engaging learning environment where students feel supported, challenged, and confident in their abilities.

I also serve as a varsity football coach and I believe strongly in building athletes through discipline, leadership, and character. I want every student I work with to learn lessons that go far beyond sports. I want them to grow in responsibility, teamwork, and perseverance.

I have five years of coaching experience and three years of experience as a teacher's aide supporting special education. I also hold CPI, CPR, and First Aid certifications.

I recently earned my bachelors degree in Worship Studies from Liberty University, and I am now pursuing my Master's degree in Coaching and Sports Administration. Mentorship, discipleship, and relationship building are at the center of everything I do. I strive to be a steady and encouraging presence for students, someone who challenges them and helps them see what they are capable of becoming.
