I have dedicated more than 25 years to education in both public and private school settings. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Education from East Texas Baptist University, a Master of Education in Educational Administration from Houston Baptist University, and a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership with a specialization in private school administration from Dallas Baptist University. In addition, I am a certified teacher and principal in the state of Texas.

Currently, I serve as a Leadership Coach for the Herzog Foundation, where I have the privilege of mentoring and equipping school leaders to strengthen and expand Christian education nationwide.
Since 1995, I have been married to Dr. Gary Chevalier, and together we are blessed with two daughters and a son-in-law. My greatest joys are rooted in my faith, my family, and the calling God has placed on my life to invest in the next generation through education and leadership.
