By TCS

Cassie Blessing (Mier) graduated TCS in 2007. She attended Oklahoma Christian University for two years, but moved back to Fort Worth in 2009 before finishing her degree. Unsure of what she wanted to study, she enjoyed working as a quality manager for an information company in Southlake, TX. In 2014, she married her husband, Bryce Blessing. They moved to Georgetown, TX in 2015 for Bryce's career, and Cassie started attending Southwestern Assemblies of God University to obtain a degree in Counseling Ministries. They moved to San Angelo, TX in 2016, so Bryce could obtain a Coaching, Sport, Recreation and Fitness Administration M.Ed. Here, she was able to intern with the on staff counselor at PaulAnn Baptist Church. In 2017, her mentor left PaulAnn and started CV Biblical Counseling Center. Cassie worked there as a Biblical Counselor until the birth of her first son, Abel, in August 2017. Her family moved to Killeen, TX and she took time off to be a full time mom. After the birth of their second son, Ephraim, in 2019, she and Bryce started looking for God to direct their next big step. They were living in Beaumont, TX, and thought that God wanted them to establish themselves there or in a large city. Instead, God orchestrated a move right back to San Angelo, TX. In 2020, Cassie returned to work as a Biblical Counselor at CV Biblical Counseling Center and started a new position as the Children's Minister of Immanuel Baptist Church.
