What Seniors Say about their favorite teacher:
Class of 2006
Mrs. Hall (Foreign Language, Admin.)
was always caring and eager to listen if I had a problem.
Mrs. Purvis (English) has a passion for English that makes us interested in it. I'm majoring in English because of her.
Mr. Hall (Admin., Bible) is one of the nicest teachers and he is always there to talk to if you need someone.
Dr. Brooke and Mrs. Purvis are both excellent teachers and I learned more in their classes.
Mr. Childs (Admin. Bible) is like family to me. I have a lot of respect for him and know I can trust him.
Mr. Hall is the first teacher I really developed a close relationship with.
Mrs. Purvis is a brilliant and truthful teacher that can simply explain the most detailed things.
Mr. Miller (Admin. Social Studies) helped me through a lot of stuff and actually taught me things.
Mr. and Mrs. Smallwood (Vocal Music and Band) had to have been the biggest blessings to me.
Mrs. Purvis (English) because she loved us as people not just her students.
Dr. Brooke (Admin. Bible) taught me things that are important in life and that I needed to hear - he is the greatest man I know.
Mr. Hall taught me to be strong in my faith in 9th grade. I feel I can handle college pressures because of that.
Mrs. Purvis has always believed in us and loved us no matter what.
Mr. Childs and Mr. and Mrs. Kille (coaching, PE) I love all 3 like family. I can go talk to them about anything no matter how serious and they give me help and guidance.
Mrs. Purvis is the best English teacher ever. You can tell she loves us so much but she's so crazy and fun.
Mr. Hall is strict but very compassionate. Dr. Brooke is strict, but very loving. He showed a love towards me that I'll never forget.
Dr. Brooke and Mrs. Purvis were the most amazing teachers I have ever had. Not only have I learned from them but they put a smile on my face. I can't forget Mr. Miller also.
All the teachers here are so great. Dr. Brooke taught me things that help me finally learn to love myself for who I am. Also, Mr. Hall for loving me like his own. And Mr. and Mrs. Kille. I have never met such a great couple before. They share their lives with us and love us as their own children. I love them more than they'll ever know.
Mrs. Purvis showed me that there's more to everything than meets the eye.
