Dr. Ladye Welpman will be joining the Temple Christian School staff in August 2020 as our STEM Director. Dr. Welpman comes to us from Fort Worth ISD where she has served as the STEM Programming Coordinator since 2017. Her prior positions held include classroom teacher, instructional media specialist and Career Readiness Coordinator. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Washington State University, a Master of Arts in Teaching from The Louisiana College, and a Doctorate of K-12 Educational Leadership from Dallas Baptist University. We are excited to see how the Lord will use her as we implement STEM programming at Temple.

As we enter into the 2020-2021 school year and move forward as a STEM school, we want to ensure that Temple offers continued superior academics and course offerings that are geared toward college and career readiness. With that comes new and exciting change. In the Fall of 2020, Temple Christian School will become the first private school in our area to offer a Project Lead the Way, K-12 engineering pathway.
