Elementary PE, SST, Associate Athletic Director, Assistant Varsity Track

As a child I made the most important decision of my life. I asked Jesus Christ to be my Personal Savior. My life has never been the same.

In high school I loved sports and PE. I ran cross country my freshman through junior year and went to state my junior year. I was on the swim and track teams for four years. In track I went to state 3 years, placing 6th in state my senior year. I also competed my senior year in the State Power Lifting meet where I took 2nd in my weight class.

My freshman year of college I ran track for Northern Arizona University. I received my Bachelors Degree in Exercise Sport Science from Colorado State University. Throughout the years I have used my degree in many different ways; as a Personal Trainer, Physical Therapy Assistant, Prevention Specialist in the Weight Management Department for Kaiser Permanente and as an instructor in the Physiology Lab at Northern Arizona University. Although I have had a lot of different experiences my favorite was having the opportunity to be a stay at home mom while my kids were little.

Several years ago my husband and I felt God calling our family to be Missionaries. We spent a year in the Philippines sharing the love of God. After a year we felt like God was calling us back to the states to minister here. I strongly believe that God has brought me here to Temple Christian School to impact student’s lives and show them the love of Jesus. It is an honor to work with the elementary PE children and the girls in MS/HS SST.
